Each international coordinator monitors the editorial programmes
of the trade press in a specialist sector throughout the year,
looking for editorial subjects that precisely match the products
to be promoted or the exhibitions attended by the client.
Clients are informed of changes and opportunities at the beginning
of the year, and in real time, so that they can work out communications
plans based on well-founded data.

work
Once the communications strategy has been established, the coordinator prepares the tools – press releases, graphic design of advertisements, brochures, websites, planning of box-numbered media, advertising drafts, box-numbered advertisement schedule, planning of press conferences, journalist trips - in close cooperation with clients (if desired), and enters into direct contact with the relevant international consultants during the implementation phase.
Quality
control
Each step is closely monitored by the coordinator, who informs
the client of the results (published column length, journalists
who attend press conferences, number of requests for information
following a press release) in real time. The client can thus
verify the impact and quality of the applied strategy at any
time.
Permanent contact
The coordinator remains in constant contact with the international
consultants, and each client is always allocated the same
coordinator for the relevant technical fields. That enables
the client to make any necessary adjustments to the communications
strategy throughout the year and to keep pace with business
developments.
